Nice Inner Exercise

This product is by one of my favorite brands by the name of Tracy's Dog.  Awesome products, I just want to start of by saying.  For warning most products are adult products, at least all I have seen.  I will be speaking of these kegel exercise weights I have been trying though.  It is a set of six that are silicone.  They are very gentle for your skin and hypoallergenic. They are BPA and free of phthalate from what I read.  This set is great to help improve your bladder control and pelvic floor.  Of course for myself, I am working on my pelvic floor.  Yes, I am attempting to be a bedroom Goddess.  I know, I am already a slayer, but why not spice it up with a little more strength in muscle.  As far as this product though, it is easy to maintain.  You just clean it in warm soapy water.  The product is odor resistant, so that is good when dealing with hygenic areas.  The different weight ratios range from 45 grams to 120 grams, with 6 weights falling between.  There is also a bonus in the package which is a training program and a resistance loop.  The best part is you only do this 15 minutes a day for the best results.
