As soon as I got this baby in the mail, I opened it and plugged it in to charge.  It is very eye catching for starters, and is very functional.  It has a touch panel in the front that lets you dim or brighten the light to suit what ever needs you have for reading or just  relaxing.  Small enough to take on vacation so you can have your own personal light when everyone else wants to sleep.
