I suffer from migraines  and when I'm recovering of a few days of pure hell my eyes usually take longer to feel better. Every episode is a different experience  and though some timed a cold pack is enough , there are times a warm towel hits the spot. This mask was a welcoming feeling of relaxation before bed, the feeling I'm at a spa doesn't hurt either. Lovely product, I'm in love.
