Super comfy

I heard so many good things about how well these gel insole heel inserts were working for my brother that I picked up a 2 pack for me to try out. These are similar to the full sized gel inserts, but smaller since they are only padding the heel of your shoes. They have the sticky on the bottom to help keep them in place, but you don't need to trim them down to fit your shoes like you do the full inserts. They are squishy and supportive at the same time, giving you comfort when standing on them without it causing any pain from being too firm. I was quite impressed with how well they worked, which says a lot since I can't usually find any I like. The stupid firbro makes anything and everything painful some days. Yet I can wear these without having to worry about the fibro pains and sensitivity. Regardless, if you have heel pain and need some extra cushioning to help make things more comfortable when walking and standing (or exercising and running), these work great. (Plus they make you slightly taller, though not much.) Definitely comfortable to stand on and wear for activities.
