I really wanted to like this but honestly it's very weak compared to similar machines I've used in the past. I used lotion and read the manual thoroughly- the massager itself isn't difficult to use at all it just didn't have enough power to really do anything meaningful. Simply put it's a well thought out idea with a poor construction.
