Blow drying your hair can take forever and more so if you have long or thick hair. I love this bonnet hood! You simply place on your head and attach your blowdryer to it. It distributes the heat indirectly, but evenly. I noticed it’s less time consuming. Not only that, but my hair looked shinier. Above everything it is less damage to hair. What a great hair gadget
