I have been wanting a digital meat thermometer for awhile, so I picked this one up. I think that it is a very useful meat thermometer so far. I can just stick it straight into the meat and have an immediate reading. It turns on an off so it preserves the battery. It reads the temperature within seconds and seems to be accurate. It also folds up so that you can put it away safely. Nice product.
