these bands are super durable and helpful when strength training from the comfort of your bed, couch, or at the office. It has a doorstop so you can anchor it to the door and get an even more intense workout by pushing the limits of the bands and how they stretch. I mainly used this at my desk and my recliner to do a variety of workouts.
