The jewelry set took about three weeks to arrive and came in a small plastic bag. When I opened it, I found that the pearl on the necklace was not attached to the pendant. It had either not been assembled properly or it had come off during shipping. I contacted the seller and sent pictures to them showing them how it was in the unopened package just as I had received it. After some back and forth communications between the seller and myself, they offered to send me a refund of the price I paid for this jewelry set.
