I got this a few days after I ordered it and in excellent condition this is my second one and I really like them it kept me cool on our boat last weekend it was 96 degrees with a heat index of 105 I wet the washcloth and let the air thur and put it around my neck it was cool to the touch and really helped in the heat if you been wanting one this one worked great I have a few more that doesn't work like this one does.
