I have plantars fasciitis which can be from improper step. My sneakers normally wear more on toward the outside of my sole. Im hoping these will help to correct this.  Only problem is they are very thin. Im not sure they would give very much correction at all. Iv put them into one pair of sneaker so far i dont see or feel a differnce. but in fairness i think i need more time to tell.
