This yoga stability training exercising 10" ball works great for me and holds my weight I thought I was going to make it bop but it didn't held up really good its made really durable too☺ I didn't have any problems airing it up or putting it togather. I have a few of the bigger yoga balls and this is the first little one I've gotten I'm really impressed by what all exercises you can do with it if you do yoga or exercise these are nice to have.
