Take a chance on a new flavor!!

My husband loves to cook, and he likes to use new and interesting ingredients. I bought him this black garlic as a Christmas gift, and I was excited to find something that he has never tried before. I had no idea what black garlic was, but now I know. It is aged/fermented regular garlic and provides a deeper, fuller, creamier flavor with more of a molasses type overtone to it. He has big plans to use it in all sorts of stuff, including steaks, pasta, and soup. It arrived nicely packaged with a resealable canister and in a box over that. This was a great gift!
