I was really impressed, and since I am using filtered tap water for my tea, I decided to give it a try. So I did some research here in Amazon and choose this tea - although I didn't choose aged one, I thought I might start from this one as well (Yan Hou Tang - Organic Taiwanese Unique Oolong Black Tea) to be on a safe side, since I've never had this type of tea and didn't want to buy something way expensive and end up not liking it
