The armband is made of neoprene and is also sweat resistant.The armband can be used with most sports. I unzipped the compartment on the armband there is compartment where you can put a key, paper money or a credit card... There is a slot to put your smart phone where it shows in the clear fron of the armband. Behind the compartment for the smart phone There is a compartment where you can put a key, papaer money or a credit card. When you zip up the armband everything is kept securely in the compartments.
