Nothing.I love this dress!! It is true to size - the sleeves are a flattering length and aren't too tight. The chest is snug without being tight and the dress flows down to right above your knees without clinging to any problem areas. For reference, I ordererd a Large. I am 5'7, 165lbs, and typically wear a 10-12 dress. This dress is a very cute flattering dress that you can dress up in sandels or dress down with converse or flip flops. You will be very happy with this dress and how it fits. So cute & comfortable!
