Recently received my Derma Roller Deluxe and I'm not going to lie, I was intimidated by it. It came in a nice box, and acrylic case, professional grade set up. But after reading the instructions I got more comfortable with it, plus I ordered the smallest size needles. So far I'm happy with it, I'll keep you posted of the results as it takes 4 weeks between uses so wish me luck!!! I'll take pictures of the area to be treated before, during and after to be able to appreciate the changes if any to the skin texture, firmness and final product.
