The rhinestones are as described, the tweezers have a very sharp pointed tip so you can pick up the rhinestones easy enough. The pick up sticky pen works well. But the packaging was such that the different colors were all mixed up. This makes it almost impossible to pick out colors for a design. If there were individual lids on each color that might keep them separated.
