Very easy and quick to transfer to and from this device. The instruction booklet is tiny with really tiny print, so I recommend searching for how to videos on YouTube. They are easy to find and much quicker than trying to read the instructions. I have never been good about backing up my phone and as a result, have lost important information on occasion. Overall this is a user-friendly device and will come in handy.
