I love this thing!

I've used a lot of facial products in the past several months and I've got to say that this one is really good. The heat and massage mode is awesome. It's just a very relaxing product. The only one not so great thing that I've found about this is the mode button is in a place that's very easy to hit while using and I find myself having to reset it several times while using it because I hit it on accident . The actual device and what it does and the feeling that it gives gets a solid A+ from me. The only reason that I gave 4 starts instead of 5 was because of the placement of the mode button.
