Overall, an excellent sleep mask. I got this mask because my husband wakes me up by accident at 5:30 am everyday when he wakes up for work and I have a hard time going back to sleep because there’s light coming through our blinds. When I wore this the first couple of times, I accidentally slept in until 11:30am
