A good supportive back brace with the benefit of having straps. You really wouldn't imagine that it helps more than a regular one but since I have both I can really say that it does. I don't know, I guess it's just something about the weight distribution but it really does help me end up wearing the brace longer, and because of that actually feel better longer because I'm able to tolerate the brace. Very happy I bought this.
