Perfect!

Okay, I don’t often take the time to leave reviews unless I am exceptionally happy or very disappointed in the purchase. Quality is of utmost importance to me. I don’t want to buy and have to replace a product every year. Sadly, that seems to be the case with many products. So, back to this laptop stand.

I have a heavy 17” Laptop, so finding a stand that claimed to work was difficult. I received the package on time. It’s not fully assembled but you can assemble it in 2 minutes or less. The Alloy materials and finish are good. The overall strength is good for the asking price.

I put it in place and put the 17” HP laptop on top. It works. The curved ends near the keyboard do not get in the way and the overall rigidity is good. Keep in mind, this is a 17” laptop that is 7 years old, meaning its HEAVY.
I am very happy with the results.

The only improvements I’d make are to include some thread locker on the screws so they will not loosen (Mine have not but I tend to over-engineer everything. If you find opening the lid of the laptop lifts the front or when open, it can lift the front, you can put Velcro on the laptop and rack to retain it. This would only be needed on a heavy laptop.
