So I bought these for sleeping and since they are so nice and comfortable in my ears I now use them for everything including the range. The NRR 32 as they call them are very good at cancelling the outside noise. The silicone material is extremely comfortable in my ears which allows me to keep them in longer without getting the ear pain like so many others give you. I recommend these highly.
