These are very petite ice packs. I like they have the sleeves for the ice packs. The sleeves can be washed. I was able to use the ice packs with and without the sleeves. I battle migraines so these are perfect for the forehead as well. The only thing is they seem to get warm fairly quickly. Wish they froze better. These would work good for kids as well. Love how the pack is with a thicker plastic so doesn't feel like it will bust like the others.
