This is a great paper cutter if you need to cut perfectly straight. It's easy to use. You lift the handle and put the paper inside then slide the cutter. You do have to put a little pressure on the cutter to get it through the paper but it's not a lot of pressure. I used it to cut regular paper and thinner cardboard. I would not use it on super thin paper because the papper with buckle and bunch up. It is a great little cutter.
