This is a great notebook. Average size. 80gsm paper. I wasn't sure if that was standard, extra heavy/thick or light/thin. I have done a little searching and it is average weight. Not too thick or thin. Smooth and comfortable to write on. It's nice because the divider pockets are removable and can be placed where ever you want them in the Notebook.
