This low caffeine quality tea has a very rich taste to it it's very robust but not too overpowering. I can't drink coffee because it doesn't agree with me, so I do search out alternatives and I do drink a lot of tea a lot of times it comes up flat, but this Tea was very good it satisfied that coffee urge that I had becomes in a very nice mesh pyramid bag so it's not loose tea.
