Matcha

Iv been wanting to try matcha for a long time. I like teas, green, black, chi and herbal so I figured Id like matcha.  The package is resealable and thick so you dont have to worry about accidental tears or puncture or spills so thats a plus. The product itself seems fresh. Light powder not caked or clumpy. It being my first time trying matcha i cant speak of quality of taste. I liked it, it taste like a green tea and mixed easily. I havent messed with it much as far as baking or other products as yet just simple hot tea.
