My Personal Experience:
This has to be the cutest thing I have ever seen! The bat wings are easy to put on, as well as the collar with bell. The wings actually flapped when my kitty would trot around the living room, so adorable. The bell is big but in no way annoying & has an adjustable elastic strap. I absolutely love this my baby looks so adorably ready for Halloween!
