I like the overall concept of this and especially the fact that it comes with a built-in light where you can see inside your child's ear and make sure you cleaned them out well. It's simple to use and to switch out the attachments. I would say the only thing that I find hard is to get the actual ear wax completely out. When I use the spoon I can move most of the earwax towards the outer ear but I still have to use a tissue to completely get it out as it is very sticky.
