Works as it should!

This was a much-needed item in our office, we have already had a hard drive crash recently, so we looked forward to its arrival.  This item was packaged nice and neat, all of its components were present. It doesn't have a big footprint, so it only takes a small amount of space on our desk. It clones quick, and we love having the extra USB-it gives us the flexibility that we did not have before.  While we did not have instructions, the computer recognized it immediately, so set up was a breeze.  We would definitely suggest to friends and purchase again.
