First of all, I know that it stated it was not for use with large phone cases, but they really weren't kidding. I got this for my husband and he has an OtterBox on his phone. This doesn't fit his phone at all, which was extremely disappointing for him because he said this was a better quality phone holder than the one we purchased from the phone store. So it's great quality, but I wish it fit phones with larger cases, because there are a lot of people who actually use heavy duty cases. That's my only qualm about it, otherwise it's wonderful!
