Good Cord for adults but can’t take rough kids

When my child broke our one hundredth usb cord, I ordered the #Revolt #Duracord thinking it would be the perfect replacement. 

Now, Had I just used it myself and not allowed my child to charge his tablet, it may have held up to be a great long term use cord. But, we will never know. 

My first concern was the braided metal on there cord had a splinter shard of meta sticking out that could scratch or cut us. That’s not good with kids around  and I am not sure how that happened. 

Now, it is still charging so it is a good functional cord but he end has bent and part of the adapter came loose.  Now, if you’re going to use it for adult charging only, this is awesome  But for kids or teens who may be a little tougher on cords, it doesn’t hold up to the roughness.
