This is a 7 Chakra hand beaded bracelet. Eastern spiritual traditions, consider the seven chakras the basis of human existence.  The seven chakras stretch from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. 

It's been really interesting learning sbout the healing properties of the stones in the bracelet.  Such as Tigers Eye. Which can bring insight into a complex situation, attract good luck, and help the mind focus.  It can also help dispel fear and anxiety!!

The bracelet stretches to most sizes. I had no issues wearing it. Neither did my daughter.
