I bought these to wear to my cross fit class. Great heavy duty quality. I bought a medium and they are a tad to big but can be tightened with the strap . Has a nice elastic in the finger joints so if your hands swell while working out they still feel comfortable. Will by another pair as a gift this Christmas.
