Worth noting: Order at least one size up, maybe 2. My daughter is 5 and fits mostly well in this dress. She is normally a size 6, and though it is big it is not overly so. She loves both cats and pizza so it was a no brainer that I order her this. The material is soft, but feels like synthetic, like nylon or polyester. It is not ideal for very hot days, but is good for summer weather as long as the temps are in the 80s and not above.
