Good for you, great flavor!

My husband and I follow the keto diet, and it's recommended that we get plenty of salt. The minerals in Himalayan pink salt make it the ideal salt for our diet, so I was very pleased to try out these cooking blocks. They arrived in perfect condition and I immediately scraped off a bit to try. They taste just like the pricier salt I got at my local upscale grocery store! We grilled some swai on top of the blocks (each one holds a good-sized piece of fish) and we were very happy with how they turned out and the flavor that was added by using the salt blocks. I followed the directions and rinsed them and wiped them down with a dry paper towel, and they're waiting for our next cookout.
