Unimpressive grow lights

I'm not impressed at all by these lights. They are supposed to be grow lights for indoor plants but they aren't doing anything for my indoor plants by any means. I have had several other grow lights and they have always helped but not these. I really believe they are fake but I haven't any real proof other than they haven't had any effect on my plants. My best advice on these is don't buy them. They are not a good value at all. Even if they did work there is no value at all. I think a flashlight would do a better job. This has to be one of the most useless things I've ever purchased so don't be fooled as I was. There are other options besides these lights. On the other hand they are ok for decorative lights. Maybe background mood lighting also.
