I've had several of these by different companies and they are great... usually easy to setup (plug in, install the app, connect and setup through Alexa)... but this one was a hassle. The plug itsself worked but the light never did light up, which put it into pairing mode so I couldn't connect at all. I had install the app twice, it just wasn't a good product.
