I got these for my grandson who has some sensory processing problems. They fit really well and are comfortable enough that he doesn't try to take them off. They don't eleminate sound completely, but muffle loud sounds which is just what we needed. Just FYI, they fit my head comfortable too. So, they adjust to larger heads than children.
