So far this serum is working pretty well. I use it for the dark spot on my face and around my cheekbone and neck area. So one area I use it to lighten a dark area and another I use it for firmness. I had to use it first before making any comments on it to speak my truth. I am not sure how it will work for others but I pretty much like it. Hopefully it will bring the same results you all are looking for. The application of it is easy and I do not wash it off.
