Comfort and cleaning

I love this little gadget.  I have two or three products like this, but not quite as updated as this one.  This item has alot of upgrades in my opinion that are great for the child and the adult using it.  The tip can now be placed against the nostril to create seal for suction.  The tube is normal length, to be used with ease. The apirator now has a biosponge in it to catch bacteria and all objects being sucked from the childs nose.  This is a great feature that way it will stop all debree from passing through, yet you can still pull everything out of the childs nose.  I think it is brillant and great.  There is nothing worse than a baby that is congested in the nasal passages and attempting to eat by drinking their bottle.  Depending their age, sucking is their only form of eating so they definitely need to be able to suck and swallow their food. I definitely recommend this item.
