What a nice set of Kegel Weight Balls! Starting from the nice packaging which I will say is very discrete when being delivered, no worries about anyone seeing what you are receiving because of any pictures, this packaging has a nice pastel colored print on it. The set is displayed nice once you open it up and each piece seems to be well made of nice quality materials.
These are nice to have to keep your muscles intact and strengthen them after having a baby, while pregnant if you have a weak bladder and various other reasons that may apply. Each ball has different colors and weight so you can tell them apart. These are easy to use, there are instructions included and also easy to clean as you simply use soap and water and as one would expect they are to be cleaned after each use.
