The charger that comes with the blaze fitbit is aweful, you have to take the watch off the band and charge it. With this charger and holder all you do is take the fitbit off your wrist and place it right on the charger, the whole watch. Its so much faster and easier. Speaking of fast, it has a really fast charge as well.
