This actually works. 4 diffèrent speed settings .4 different heads for diferent thinks. I would recomend testing this first as i used it on lowest setting on my under lip and left me with brooz like mark ( hickey) under my lip as my skin must be too sensitive. Other than that it defenetly works. Steam your skin first or use hot flannel to open the pores and off you go. Comes with spare filters and rubber rings. Is rechargable and wireless when in use so very convenient.
