So much safer and more comfortable than tampons

Maybe you've never realized how unsafe tampons are.  Not only can they cause toxic shock  syndrome,  but can also cause vaginally bacteria to grow.  I recently started using this esta Menstrual cup.  I will admit, it does take some practice and it can be messy,  but you will get the hang of it.  If you already use tampons,  it won't be as hard.  I simply fold it and insert it. It really works. Not only that,  but so much more comfortable then tampons.   I didn't have any leaks and I have a heavy flow at times. You get 2 different sizes too so you can use whichever caters to your needs.  I was able to use it for 24 hours and am very impressed. When you pull it out you simply wash it.  It's so simple and so much better for you.  I really recommend it.
