Getting in shape is so much easier when you are younger. I know from personal experience. Trying to kick my pilates up a notch and I think this is the thing that will do it. I got a little worried when my son took it out of the package and pushed on it and i heard a large cracking noise. But I think It is ok.. I checked it over carefully and did not see any damage
