I got one similar for my son about 2 years ago. This is one is definitely better quality than the previous one. The old one is very hard to scratch and is easy to be torn. But this one, having made by a better paper quality, scratching off is no problem. I really like about the hanging rope feature. It really helps us to hang our pictures on the map so that we can easily identify the spot we went to. Love this map
