Using a backlit keyboard is pretty much the only way to work on things in my house due to a medical condition that makes my daughter light sensitive. For my computers, that's fine. But for my IPad, I've never seen a portable, bluetooth keyboard that was backlit. On top of that, this case is very sturdy and protective, which is a must have because my hands don't always work well. The only thing that would make this better is a handle or strap of some sort.
